500AC Exchange Ticket

Not only did I not receive the AC, but I was charged twice as well. I then spent over an hour on the phone with support to be told that it could not be refunded. I have since filed a dispute with PayPal. Thankfully I went through that and will hopefully be able to get my money back for this scam. Will update when it's resolved.

I purchased the AC 500 to make a new character and nevr receive the AC.

Took little over 4 hours to appear in game. assuming it's just bugs.

Came in almost instantly. i messed up in the beginning by not being in my xbox live microsoft account but my personal account but microsoft was nice enough to refund me once i explained it to them.

24 hrs and still no credit in game
