ARK: Astraeos

Map is beautiful, HOWEVER the gods have deemed us unworthy. We must pay $$ for our penance and suffer through crash epoch! Mortals! Save yourselves from this blight! Hide away your drachmas!

The map isn't finished. Why sell unfinished products? Do you like your food uncooked?

says I don't have it downloaded when it is

Entire game crashes on every attempt to load the map, even after a complete uninstall and reinstall.

I purchased Astraeos. Ark Ascended says I haven't purchased. Then it spins and says I did purchase and produces an error. But Ark still doesn't recognize the purchase. I tried submitting a ticket on their site and it says my live.com email address isn't allowed, and it won't reset password for my address it doesn't send email. There seems to be nothing to do to resolve this. Lots of people complaining about this same issue in the forums, but no response from the publisher that there's a known bug.
