To everyone saying "IT DON"T WORK" or " MONEY WASTED" Listen up. You have get to a point in the game to get the mission. Its EXACTLY like glitchwalkers. Just use and read the astropedia its there for a reason. BTW the missions you have to complete are Unearthed, and Foward Progress. Aside from that, this is a very well made DLC and I am excited for future DLC's/Updates.

Though, I wish they were more transparent in regards to the DLC pre-requisites. Also, I would love to have full access to the content in creative 😕

Installation is automatic.
When I bought the megatech dlc, I had the game installed. Once I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, the megatech missions were detected. The game version just needs to recalibrate itself with the latest update. Happy gaming!
