Bard's Gold - X Edition

This platformer/combat can be a frustrating game. The traps can ruin a good run. i do recommend this game especially since it came out on the xbox one. It's worth completing getting the achievements and it is fun.

Difficult but has permanent upgrades. Slower pace, watch out for traps. Worth it on sale, 3k GS takes some time to complete.

Tried to review this 3 different times. Just because i'm giving this game 3 Stars doesn't mean i dislike it there was a lot of blood, sweat & Tears put into this release but, it's being difficult just for the sake of being difficult! I think the reason behind the difficulty is more missguided more then anything else (No mater which Mode you choose it's very hard) One hit kills within each screen a lot is thrown at you which is a shame there is no casual option. In hindsight it mirrors Burger Time & Mario Bros. the level structure is very much classic Arcade (Even if you grind and upgrade your character you seem always underpowered!
