Bit Orchard: Animal Valley Deluxe Edition

1) Fancy Farm and Family heritage are bugged. You canhot unlock them (at least most cannot) 2) Tedious and unrewarding game loop. 3) Fishing AND time are super inconsistent. The lure will sometimes immediatelt trigger and shoot out. Time of day is just, weird. Sometimes 1 in-game-day will last 2min, other times literally 20sec, it doesn't make any sense and it seems the longdr you play, the more corrupt it gets. 4) UI will bug and only the end of day will save you. Look, if this game goes on sale for ONE dollar, not a penny more, then sure, pick it up for the quick, but tedious, 800 gs boost. It'll take less than 2hrs, but otherwise, sorry devs - there are SUBSTANTIALLY better games out there for a similar price. They said they'd look into patches but either didn't, or failed, and for that they do not have my "low msrp, indi dev" sympathy - this is simply a bad busy bee basic botched game.

But sadly, the game remains bugged with one achievement (Fancy Farm) being unobtainable. Otherwise a fun, mindless game. Hopefully the dev patches it, would make it a very fun, short farmer game.

I haven't seen a lot of recent comments regarding this game so I gave it a try and it sadly left a sour taste in my mouth I wanna start by saying that i see the charm in this and its cute and relaxing But this game has too many issues, firstly, fishing is broken, the fishing guage doesnt show up making the disc mission impossible Secondly, the frog wont spawn a lot of the time Thirdly like 3 of the achievements dont work Lastly this gets boring quickly, minimal crafting, only 1 fruit, and only 1 pet, and theres like no longevity to this game

This was a solid 4 star game just from the great retro vibes, but the 3 per 1000 finish rate for the last achievement drops the overall rating to a 2. I really hope the dev can be sure the last achievement works. I've played since b4 the patch, but didn't really work on the last chiev til after. Im past 300 game cycle days and half of that time i already had all other achievements.
