Review From An Actual Casino Dealer
First off, don't trust the bad reviews that say "the game cheats." I've experienced nothing like that in my time with the game. It's actally pretty easy to win once you understand what each card does, and the bosses win rounds occasionally, but I can confirm the deck draws are randomized. Those reviews must be from people who can't add single digit numbers and gave up after a couple losses. I dealt poker and blackjack in casinos for 15 years, and this is a really cool take on 21. It's addicting like Balatro, but in my opinion, much more complex and nuanced. You have to really think about your moves, and it's really fun trying to stack the deck and screw over your opponent. It's a really fun game with a lot to offer for both casual gamers and rougelike sickos. I think you'll be hearing a lot about this game as everyone's new obsession really soon.

F*** the train card kid
For no reason ive lost many times to the kid with the cheaty af train shuffle cards. Its beyond aggravating That aside, its quite fun once you get a handle on mechanics. I loved awakening multiple 6 clubs so i would auto win almost any highest card situation

Pay attention in the tutorial
It's hard but it's so good. Don't rush, read the card rules, and use a suit that you enjoy

The point isn't to reach 21...
Ignore the 1 star reviews. What angry easy to give up quitters don't comprehend is the way to win is to collect sabotage and activation cards to mess with opponents (particularly bosses). If you have the critical thinking skills to learn strategy, read patterns and adjust tactics, you will find a brilliant battle blackjack game with a lot of depth. Sure you will fail a lot, there is some RNG but this is a roguelike so it's designed for dying and returning stronger. Also like all casinos, the odds favor the house, get over it. As for the tech, there is no HDR but it seems to have sharp native 4K rez. The audio is 2.1 stereo only with no surround sound but the front channel audio separation plus the booming LFE are tremendous. Even the voice acting is great, the dealer has the sleepy unsettling monotone from Soulslike games and the demonic opponents and bosses are fittingly over the top. If you're patient, not a quitter and have a strategic mind, you will enjoy this game.

Do not trust the 1 star reviews
It's completely comical reading through the 1 star reviews. Like... Wow... I guess we're just leaving 1 stars now for games we're trash at, completely regardless of the actual quality of the game? Guess I missed that memo. It's a casino-based GAMBLING game. Since y'all have no clue, GAMBLING, by every known definition of it, implies RNG factor. Yes, sometimes you can play perfectly with the cards you are dealt, but the opponent just flat out draws better/luckier and/or draws the perfect counter to your build. Again, that is the pure nature of GAMBLING. I have 11 hours logged already, played dozens of runs, and only ONE single round did I feel like "wow I just got straight up cheated on that one". ONCE. And I knew it was actually just horrible RNG luck for me. It's the equivalent to in real life poker you go all-in on a straight flush hand, your opponent matches, and then they reveal a royal flush. Again, it's GAMBLING. The game is great. Exceeding my already-high expectations.
