First off, 5/5 loving it so far, but I wanted to clarify for people unfamiliar here.
This is not like other BlazBlue entries. BB is a fighting game franchise from the same team as Guilty Gear. This game, Entropy Effect is a roguelite action platformer (similar to Dead Cells, but without the metroidvania aspect) made by a different team that adapts the fighting mechanics from the main series in a simplified and accessible way. I.E. I am *bad* at fighting games, but have no trouble here. Don't go into this thinking its going thinking its going to be a straight up fighting game or a Dead Cells clone. Its a marriage of the two.
Terminology can be confusing, but reading the in-game help explains a lot. Each character plays differently. "Potentials" unlock new moves or augment them, "tactics" are you elemental mods. Playing and experimenting is the way to go, new stuff gets unlocked with each run. Co-op works well. I haven't had any crashes, but run progress gets saved if it does.

Great roguelike!
A few hours in and I've been having a blast, usually I don't quite like roguelikes but the semi-fighter gameplay really appeals to me. If you have gamepass and like either fighters or roguelikes I highly recommend this!

Amazing BlazBlue game, even better Rogue-Like
Follow a narrative story as you brave the deepest depths of cyberspace. Unlock unique characters from the franchise, each with their own diverse playstyles and skill trees, acquire and discover elemental addons for your abilities (which also have upgrade trees), and decide which path forward is worth the risk as you delve deeper into the simulation. Unique post-run mechanics allow you to borrow an ability or two from a character in a previous run, as well as mid-run upgrades depending on how far you got in that dive. Familiar roguelike mechanic lets you spend acquired currency to increase your basic stats permanently.
Absolutely hooked and completely addicted after the first run, now 5 runs in and had to peel myself away from the game to go to bed. Loved BBTAG and wish it got more attention, now looking forward to playing more of this game.

Made me forget about Hades
Dang this is a killer action rogue. Unbelievably fun. The roster of playable characters, the meta progression, great animation, it's just so good. My only complaint is I don't want to hurt the cute cyber foxes, but they only want to catch these hands.

Excellent.
It's like a PvE Super Smash Bros. rogulike. Deep like a fighting game. Great co-op. Just an awesome experience.
