BloodRayne Betrayal: Fresh Bites

Great Fun

I love the kind of game its trying to be but the biggest thing I couldnt get past were the horrendous platforming sections at the end. Literally wont finish the game cause they are so finicky to get past and just killed the whole experience for me. Its a pretty good action side scroller till ch 12 though

Sexy vampire wifu has returned

This game is only worth about $14 or less It has an amazing soundtrack and artstyle, but the level design is mediocre at best. The controls have a delay and makes platforming much harder and sometimes makes you not jump during combat. Rayne move too fast and is slippery which combined with the narrow platforms and insta kill acid\pit ruins the platforming. The game very short I beat it in 2 sittings or about 5 hours in game. The has way too complicated of a moveset. The final boss's healthbar blocks the screen too make it hard to see your character, this game has a few sections which look cool but is hard to see. There is also NO INVINCIBILTY FRAMES which mean sometimes you just get comboed into oblivion which drains your health but it is very easy to get health back.

Because of poor combat mechanics and lousy movement it gives the illusion of a challenge especially on the platforming side of the game. This is bloodrayne in name only.
