    Fun

Honestly really fun to blow up bandits with a squirt gun.

    My Practical Review

The Hyper Hydrator is good even in Mayhem 3 because its barrel gives it 40% more damage than the average maliwan pistol. It's also non elemental and does splash damage. The alt fire is weak though. Underrated and one of the best pistols. The Girth Blaster deals 70% less damage than the average torgue pistol and is nearly unusable even at level one. Worth a buy for a level 50 Hyper Hydrator. But keep in mind that once bought the items can only be redeemed once in mail it seems.

    It says they are toys....

...So dont be mad when they are not mayhem 11 end game bad azz gear. They look great and in early levels they work great if you know how to play and use equipment in Borderlands accordingly.Definitely grab it if you are a true Borderlands. Now go out and Make Some Mayhem Fellow Vault Hunter.
