Borderlands

This is one of my favorite franchises of games...great graphics and gameplay....these games I could see playing again in the future... THANK GOD FOR BACKWARDS COMPATIBILITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Borderlands visual style is consistent across the series which makes it not feel like an "old" game bc it mostly looks the same as the newer titles which is a plus for me at least. If you have secret armory us the fast travel to go to t bone junction at the beginning of the game and you can farm high level loot from lockers and a red and silver chest for early cash. You can also use that money to get infinite exp for the the merchant of death challenge. Get to 1199 items sold by buying healing kits and selling them back, the sell one more to get the 1200 and 20,000 xp. Now use buyback on one kit and that resets the challenge back to 1199, save and exit and load back in to repeat. Borderlands 1 is a timeless master piece. BL3 & 4 could never....

Fun to see the series in its infancy. Lays a solid foundation for the sequels to expand upon. If you play the 360 version via backwards compatibility on Xbox One or Series X|S then you get all DLCs included in the back compat install file. You do NOT need to own them separately unless you play it on actual Xbox 360.

Without a doubt, one of the best storyline, game mechanics, Npcs, and ALL THE LOOT that you get. the skill trees and the characters make this game stand out from the rest of fpses. this game must play, and especially if you plan on playing the sequels.
