Your thinking of a different Pro Pack, there's been 3 so far. The first two where desert themed, not this one. My review if you spend $$ on cod points you can't go wrong with pro packs, your essentially getting 2 bundles for the price of one... Buy the pro pack bundles for 19.99$ same price for 2400 CP but you get the 2400cp in addition to the pro pack allowing you to spend it where and how you want to.

Not a scam just a plus bc who'd want it for the skin.
Might as well get skins & add-ons if youre gonna buy coc points.
