The additional residences will become available for selection in Empire Mode, and the additional scenarios will become available for selection.
Also, the battlefield will become selectable in Free Mode.
Now that this DLC is fixed, it still lacks content. No need for "Cosmetics" in DLC like this, just include it in the base game and merge the Scenario packs (1 & 2) into a single scenario expansion with additional silly scenarios, using DLC characters in the other scenarios, plus sprinkle extra What-if scenarios to spice things up.
As for 3 & 4 plus the associated stages, just include them in the base scenarios to avoid potential problems.
All Edit parts must be included in the base game and break down the pesky exclusivity barriers and refrain from Pre-order content AND season passes, be sure the full game is together BEFORE release so DLC is reduced.
People are tired of this, they're sick of it, DLC is abused and exploited, greed is death to you, avoid it.
