The “Downtown to Countryside” Bundle offers a journey from bustling cityscapes to tranquil rural charm. Take your emerging downtown to new heights and explore the countryside with these Content Creator Packs - to the tones of the Harvest Harmony Radio.
Step 1. Make sure the Content Creator Pack is installed.
Step 2. Paint a district. (under the zoning tab)
Step 3. Inspect & select your district. (change the magnifying glass to districts)
Step 4. Select building styles (should be the blue house icon)
Step 5. Select Emerging Downtown
Step 6. Profit!
(Note: Changing the building style will affect ALL high density residential/low density commercial buildings in the district at the same time. This will affect your population & money. If you want to use this on a pre-existing district, I would reccommend redrawing the district so only a few buildings are in it and slowly expand said district as the buildings are rebuilding.)
