COGEN: Sword of Rewind

I love how these games are finally on Xbox, its not difficult,but if you really like the old school difficulties we endured as kids, the D.L.C will make you rage , i got all dlcs to support, gunvolt, and most of keiji inafunes work. But yeah if your complaining about difficulty about the game alone dont get the dlc unless you love the challenge. No complaints other than the rewind mechanic it makes the game feel uncomfortable they should have kept the game with out rewind.yy

Bought this game full price and completed it on its normal difficulty. There's more I dislike so I'll start with the positives: Good artwork, ...........that's all I can say, (every other of those aspects are just okay). The negatives: The selling point of this game is rewinding time & the ability to fix your mistakes, reality is it's an extra mechanic utilized by the devs to test players patience. You won't find the ability useful outside of charging platforms & avoiding permadeath as the 3 secs are actually Kohaku's lives, so it becomes a burden to manage on top of the enemy speed & placements which she is too slow & sluggish to handle compared to my reaction speed, & that's saying something. It quickly became a game of die die again near devoid of reactionary skill, which should be basic. Peeps say you'd feel satisfaction overcoming such a challenging game, in my case, I felt no satisfaction nor relief, hoping itd get better & doing the opposite, I felt nothing.

Visually cool and fun to play!

No fun (had a long detailed review, but Xbox store is constantly broken & doesnt save reviews. Avoid frustration, play Megaman instead.

Gameplay and visuals amazing taking one star off for the ssub par story Otherwise worth the price.
