Crime Boss: Rockay City – Ultimate Edition

Graphics:8/10, dialogue: 5/10, story: 3/10, gameplay 7/10, game length:9/10. First things first; this game is absurd. The fact it even exists is a literal fever dream. The cast of characters, rogue like elements, the disjointed and mostly confusing story missions, the mishmash of multiple genres, all culminating into a single package. Every voice actor was most definitely in separate rooms for recording, no conversation flows as it should. The gunplay is fine... If hit boxes register. The stealth is fine... If the AI couldnt see through walls. The story is... Well, nevermind that part. But i can say, you get what is on the box; and get what you pay for. There is no battlepass, no microtransactions, no seasonal content; it is a great-value payday with an "all star" cast (of people that no one under the age of 18 will probably recognize), that will last you roughly 40 hrs of fun. Its a fun shooter

I've only played the single-player thus far. But i've loved every moment of it. When you lvl up you gain perma perks for yourself and your crew. All characters can perma die which makes you try to plan accordingly. The way the game integrates it's story and it's tutorial is great. The characters are what you should expect considering who is playing them. Overall a fun game that adds strategy and planning without becoming overtly complex. If you see it for 20 bucks or less I would highly recommend it. If you don't know what a rogue-lite or what the game payday is like google them. It's a wonderful mix of both those concepts with goofy big name actors of the past.

The voice acting alone. The bad words. It's just funny to hear it. Gun play is fun. It's not just easy. You really have to choose the right guns & people for each mission. Okay if you die Chuck Norris will mock you. All the personal progress you made. Never ends. You start over but all the things you earned perks ect. They are still there. The cussing will have you laughing. It's just violence. Lol😆it's a fun game. Just dont expect anything serious. Simple fun.
