Style is just too messy. So much of it is cheap hits because the threat is blurry and hard to define. Some projectiles and debris suddenly rendering on Series X. Presentation is really good, the cinematics are as dumb as any classic. Controls were responsive and felt right. It's just a bit off and enemies are forever bullet sponges. I would easily consider buying a future iteration on this if it had a more crisp, refined aesthetic.

For the price, pretty cool, worth it. Really cool art style and music. I wish the storytelling was more active during campaign. Pretty creative. 1000 gamerscore in less than 3 hours. I did one run on easy mode and then one run on normal. If you like space shoot em ups you gotta try it.
