Deal of the Day Unlock

I bought the deal of the day yesterday in xbox store i have the ticket it wont let me use it i want my $8 back since the characters i got it for are not available in deal of the day i cant even buy nothing in deal of the day i wont be buying the pass for this game anymore then unless they give me my money back or fix it so i can use the ticket i will be spending my money else where then.

I tried to purchse the deal of the day directly from the Paladins shop which didnt work so I purchased the ticket from the mirosoft store an it wont let me exchange it. Hoping it at the very least it gets fixed or i can get a refund

Its good if you have a good deal of the day

Spend like 6 or 8 dollars and get decent random content.

After buying it from Microsoft, there's no option to retrieve it. I just got mugged.
