The beginning of the end

I've been a fan and supporter of Destiny since the original Destiny Beta. I've purchased every expansion there was and though they weren't all great I still felt like it was good enough and I got my money's worth. Enter Edge of Fate. It's abysmal. The gimmicks are trash and the campaign is boring. I'm so upset that a game I've enjoyed for over a decade has turned into this. Just save yourself the trouble. If you REALLY want it wait for the inevitable sale.

Every boss in the main mission is 3 bars and a shield the 1st time its ok but after 15 missions of this rolling ball hit a mote take down the shield 3 bars BS i hate this game. Bro i never write reviews the is perhaps the Worst dlc ive ever played in any game ever. The Oblivion horse armor dlc in 2005 2006 was way better than this bro. If i see 3 bars n a shield im cutting the game off.

Played d1 and d2 on ps4 from betas until final shape, enjoyed it. Lots of memories made. Got me thru a few tough times.. That being said.. I got a Xbox one series x as a gift..so i was you know what?.. I'm going to start fresh on d2 all over again. Bought every dlc etc that i could again. Was not regretting anything until edge of fate drop, then destiny 2 just didn't feel the same. 1: Portal is almost all old content mix together.(mostly old lost sectors.) horrible. 2: Leveling for power is the worst. Wait, modifiers are...beyong bad. No fun here. Specially in mythic...woo boy.. The sad part is if you take away the portal and power level gring...all you have is the same old content that people at this point are tire of repeating.. 3: No clue what destiny is anymore cause the edge of fate campaign for me it was BORING. Taking a very long brake. Destiny is killing itself. I'm out for now. 💕u bungie but the magic is gone.

I thought the downward spiral after The Final Shape wouldn't be that bad, until they dropped this absolute sludge. Campaign's gameplay is such a snooze, and The Portal punishes you for playing, rather than rewarding you. "Oh? But you get to grind **however** you want! ... WHAT??? You got MORE than one reward from a pinnacle? ABSOLUTELY NOT. REMOVED!" Hope big Pete enjoys that retirement check, and car collection he doesn't deserve. What a waste. 👎
