Deus Ex: HR Tactical Enhancement Pack

Where?

i like it but i wist i can play it on easy

Opened the game. Packs said they were updated and added. Where do I find the stuff? I don't have any of it, neither do I have 10,000 credits!

Where is it i wasnt given it

Purchased the dlc pack but it doesn't show up anywhere. The extra 10000 credits is non-existant also. But you can buy the weapons in game? Makes no sense.
