This costume uses the criminally underused transformation mechanic first used in the Schoolgirl Strikers costumes. The base outfit makes Phase 4 look almost exactly like Arnice's default look, and while the transformed outfit doesn't change Phase's skin or eyes, it suits her and she looks fantastic.
