Fun to Use, Tricky to Master
A lot of her combo strings rely heavily on her teleport move. While getting the timing on it mid-combo will probably be the biggest wall for newcomers, it isn't impossible and there are other ways to use her if it does seem too difficult.
As one can expect if they've played the Core Fighters version, Phase 4 plays a lot like the main character that the game provides all players and the differences may not be apparent, but if you manage to catch this while the Free for Gold promotion is going on, definitely at least pick her up to see if her changes from the original make enough of a difference for you.
Also, compared to the main character, Phase 4 has at least more interesting DLC costumes to choose from, if you decide to look into that.
