Dog Duty

Dog duty is a squad-based RTS allowing control of 3 units at once, each with their quirky one-liners and special abilities. The premise of the game is simple: Defeat 3 region-bosses and then defeat the final boss. Each region has various locations to explore by vehicle and on foot. The controls are simple enough that not having a tutorial isn't a bad thing. Vehicles are mediocre to control and it's possible to get stuck while exploring, forcing you to restart from the last save at a conquered outpost. The soundtrack is short and quickly becomes annoying. Overall it's a(very short) fun game, but could use QoL updates for driving, manual saves and vehicle reset. Goes on sale frequently for 1.99 USD and I don't regret it for that price.

Easy to pick up and play , cool soundtrack and customization

Great game takes a little while to learn but easy once you do. It does get harder as play

I enjoy this game because of it's oldschool vibe. Kinda reminds me of Ikari Warriors and the original Metal Gear on NES. A time when the gaming scene was a bit less toxic. 5 shtas!!!!!!!

Overall well made indie cult classic miniRTS. A little tanky in controls (mostly with vehical) and i found that its pointless to engage in the RTS vehicle combat. (just ram them and heal back at rest stops) the secret characters are a neat twist that dont effect the minimum completion ending. Which brings me to my final point. If you finish the secret end, you should be allowed to finish the rest of the game with the secret character. (not just in hord mode) DLC maps or a sequel would get my attention. Keep an eye out for this studio.
