Don't Die, Minerva! (Game Preview)
Xaviant, LLC · Action & adventure · Role playing
This game is a work in progress. It may or may not change over time or release as a final product. Purchase only if you are comfortable with the current state of the unfinished game.
Help Minerva survive her adventure in a haunted house full of sinister ghosts! This spooky rogue-lite features heaps of procedural dungeons, ghosts, and loot.
I gave it 3 stars because the devs haven't been working on a full version of the game. It's still a almost polished game with a lot of things needed to be work on. Could the game been abandoned and forgotten about?

Not likely to be finished.
UPDATE YOUR REVIEWS! It's been years since the devs said anything about completing this game. The demo was fun and got me interested in buying it but if it will not be completed I can't spend money on it. It's not a lot of money but who buys incomplete products? Two stars even though my experience was great. I'd give it 5 stars and buy the game if/when they finish it.

Luigi started playing Diablo in his mansion.
In a nutshell, it's like if Diablo was a twin-stick shooter set in a Luigi's Mansion style environment. It's a cool concept with a lot of potential. I downloaded the trial, and, before I knew it, the hour was up. That pretty much told me it's worth buying. My only real gripe is the dodge roll. It doesn't provide any invulnerability, as is usally the case with dodge mechanics, and it only marginally moves you out of the way. I find myself taking more hits using it rather than simply continually moving and avoiding danger. The starting flashlight could use a touch more range, but it doesn't take long to find better loot. It "feels" like the kind of game that should have co-op, but I personally don't think it harms the experience by not having it. All in all, it looks good, sounds good, and plays good. Controls are tight. Loot is interesting and easy enough to come across. And I'm always a sucker for roguelikes. I'm excited to see how this turns out post game preview.
