DREAMERS

Interesting so far but stuck on the final drone delivery mission. Not fun when you get to a point in a game and cannot progress. Especially so early into this game. The drone package delivery third mission does not provide enough flight time to complete your task. The battery lasts a short time and you fall to the ground, a useless failure time after time. You must complete this mission otherwise you cannot advance in the game. There are a few side missions to do, but they don't seem to help. I'm stuck and have lost interest in the storyline anyway, so now what? 😒

Firstly, this game is painfully slow in all aspects, most notably with tons of repeated backtracking. It desperately needs fast travel or sprint to alleviate my biggest issues here. Even instant text loading would be a godsend. There are a couple side quests that seem to be broken after having been extremely thorough - twice through. The biggest sin here for me is the presence of several very missable achievements (including collectible-related ones). There's no chapter select or new game plus feature for cleanup. This game actively also wastes your time throughout around 60% of a playthrough, especially in the final hour.

Played Dreamers with my brother, and it was a nice break from his usual gaming style. No shooting, just a sweet story told in a lovely way. It brought back memories of the games I used to love. Definitely a refreshing break from the usual stuff!

what started as a game about friendship turned into a game about life and loss. Impressive atmosphere.
