Eekeemoo Splinters of the Dark Shard

Lousy hit detection and unclear objectives. Get ready to mash that attack button a billion times, and you will wonder if you are even doing any damage, because the sound is also broken. Yeah, it does have some easy achievements if thats what you are into, but you will have to deal with some really poor ganme design. It's $5.00 for a reason.

Good: 3d Platformer reminiscent of older games, cheap price, cute artwork Bad: Janky player controls, obtuse puzzles, bad audio, odd char progress Ugly: Initial 5 star ratings seem deceptive. Game is too rough to get anything above 3.

Horrible gameplay, terrible hit detection, and unnecessarily cryptic level design and puzzles headline this $5 download. Achievement hunters need only to apply. $5 for 1000gs with minimal effort is a bargain, and though you will need to slosh through a few hours, you've played worse.

So many negative comments! Yes it has its issues, such as lacking a map/objective marker. But at this price point its pretty good. Its no top dollar great hit, but for those with patience to figure out the details it can be fun. And honestly its better than a lot of the $19.99 games I've played. However I will caution, inexperienced players will be unhappy, with the lack of directions it takes effort to figure out what to do or where to go. Very much like older games. Buy with caution, but if you do just treat the whole game like a directionless puzzle.

This is by no means a bad game (this is the type of game you would see on the Dreamcast,GameCube, or even PS2 when the gaming industry tried and didn't get pressured by Internet Shills and fanboys! The biggest negative is being clueless what to do and where to go (some type of map would've been nice) If you had or played on the above consoles you'll get a kick out of this.... Its not running at 60fps and Ultra 4K its a retro/throw back but, at least you can play it unlike that horrible R.E. rip-off Vaccine thats double this SRP and worthless
