Ellen - The Game

This game is psychologically spooky, about 3 hours and 40 minutes long. I was able to finish it in one go, wanting to see how the story unfolds. There are a few annoying control designs however. 1. When you enter item menu with x, the game lets you quit that menu with b button which is the flashlight button, its very easy to waste battery power because of this. 2. While in puzzles i was able to push b button and turned on my flashlight by accident while there's no way to quit from any puzzle until you complete them. My battery went out after i finished first puzzle in game. 3. Not sure if this is bug or by design, but the texts related to puzzles are all scrambled together. I was going through the puzzles with my instinct, because texts related to puzzles cant be read. 4. Item UI is not intuitive. When you use X button to go into the item menu, you see the items, but you cant select them until you navigate to the items sub menu, and you cant up down select item, has to go left right.

For the idiots complaining it visuals are bad have no idea what gaming use to be! Im glad they took the risk n im definatley enjoying the game so far

Between the controls, lack or instructions, confusing story especially if you dont read the collectibles which really are all over the place; would not recommend without a guide, when sleepy, maybe for achievements but man i regret it....

A psychological horror game with a great atmosphere and a very interesting pixel-art. Is a very good game.

Easy gameplay and good atmosphere. . 1000g in under 3 hrs if thats what you want. Decent story
