EMMA: Lost in Memories

I brought this as it looked like a great idea for a game so for 6$ I decided to get it just to reward the devs effort. It start out more simple then expected. Once you start you can't stop. You have no control of the girl running. What you do contol is when she jumps, slides or cimbs. Sounds overly simpe right? Wronge. The challenge is in the map design. As soon as you toch something it starts to fade. Jump to high and hit head on floor above you and it wont be there after the coming wall jump. There is a narrow margin for error. The maps get increasingly more complex were the path gets harder to find and the opportunity to fail increase. Its part platform, puzzle, and timing game play. If you like games that are challenging. And you need to be near perfect to clear a stage you should enjoy this. I enjoyed it more then expected, frustration and all.

Simple in art style and mechanics, but don't let that fool you. Completed the story mode and became sad it was over. But there are challenge levels that unlock after you beat the story mode. You unlock bits of story as you go along, told through some dialogue and photos with writings on the back. Very sweet. Made me a bit misty. Gameplay is skill based and requires you to be really precise in places. I played some of the stages quite a few times to figure out how to get though it and get the collectible. I am NOT the best at platformers and I made it through the story mode. Puzzles may look confusing at first, but just give them a go and you'll start to see what you need to do. I found myself not wanting to put it down. Working my way through the challenge levels now. Glad I gave it a chance. Can't wait to see if the devs do more puzzle/platformers. Will be on the lookout.

Do NOT get this game unless you like challenges or being stuck on a level for an hour then this game is for you, i have raged quit so many times that i can't even count anymore, this game is also pretty boring and rage inducing at least for me it is sorry for the people that like this game i am just giving opinion
