I had been saving my xbox points for a while trying to get a 5$ giftcard, I got it today went to go buy 500 gold. Everything went threw but I haven't gotten it in game its been over an hour now I have left and re joined even restarted my xbox but nothing. I tried to go to support but I dont know how to do it and it seems like when I try to report an issue the only options are about my account privacy? please fix this and give me my gold.
