Ok so there is a Big misunderstanding about its "explosive" capability
It does not produce an explosion rather a larger ammo shell that leaves a huge bullet hole that of which a really small explosion. The sniper can also heavly damage vehicles and even make some explode. Additionaly it one hits bulletproof soldiers. This is actually surprising because it normally take arround 2 grenades to kill a bulletproof soldier. While with the sniper it only takes 1 shot
Conclusion: Its not explosive like a grenade but rather a explosively powerfull bullet.

It's weaker
It's actually weaker than ther other snipers. Shooting a fuel tank's electrical box is a one shot destruction for the others. it takes 2 or 3 for this garbage. A satalite dish is 2 shots and it took 3. this thing is a dissappointment. Don't buy
