Forza Horizon 5 Rally Adventure

I have forza ultimate bundle. I've tried reinstalling, moving install locations, resetting Xbox and windows store app. Every time I'm greeted with the prompt to install the DLC after the intro video, I click the button and it opens the store which says I already have it installed.

Some few decent routes, but too similar to the main game. And very short. It took so long to release and now it's here and meh.

I guess they forgot they still owed us another expansion until about a month ago and slapped this together

I tried 5 times to open this, i updated and installed 2 times. I would go to the expedition and i would get about 10 seconds into the cut scene and then the game would crash. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me.
