FreezeME

I came into this with an open mind knowing it's intention was to be a nod to 90's platformers. But this is a mess. I'm only giving it a two for now since the concept is well executed. But gameplay and functionality is a mess. I'lll update my score if it gets patched to a more functional state.

Worst camera and jump physics I may have ever experieced in 36 years of gaming. Pitfall. was more refined. Test your game before you release it. 2stars only because I appreciate the attempt at the genre.

Picture Mario Galaxy with wonky, imprecise controls and an absolutely broken camera. The sad thing is that the potential is there for a fun Mario ripoff, but as this is, it is just unacceptable. One star until this game gets a patch that overhauls this mess.

Controls ruin game

This game has many similarities to Mario 64, and for a fan of that game, this is 10 dollars well spent. There are certainly places where this game could be improved (story is fast and loose, few worlds to explore, gameplay is oddly paced, etc.), but for a 10 dollar nostalgia trip, it's fantastic.
