    Great game! However...

As the other review mentioned, achievements are locked to serious mode. But serious mode is basically playing the game without any help anyway so thats not a big issue. For me, the big issue is that theres no english instruction manual. For whatever reason, they choose to include the original japanese version...and a version for a dutch release? Wasnt this game released n europe? I would imagine there should be an english version of the manual available...

    Cute, but oh so Frustrating…

The game looks quite a bit like Kirby’s Adventure, but it couldn’t play any differently. With tricks and traps akin to those you’d find in old Mega Man games, Gimmick! is not for the faint of heart. This is especially true if going for achievements, as you cannot unlock them by playing the easier mode with reloadable saves and rewind features. I don’t mind challenges when it comes to video games (and I know it’s an old game), but there comes a point where difficulty becomes too excessive.
