Gloom and Doom

I got this game out of curiosity. As im familiar with visual novels, arcade spirits, coffee talk and the like i understood what the gameplay loop would be like. Standard read text and make choices. The ui is nice and smooth but what im most impressed by is the art and depth of storytelling. The art has a nicely detailed comic aesthetic that reminds me of Angel: After the fall, color me blown away by it. The small animation of some scenes make me crave the next moment. The story delves into serious topics but its balanced with good and sometimes raunchy humor, pop culture refrences and just great story direction. Gloom and Wynonas characters bounce off each other so well. and all in all your decisions really matter and this game has 7 endings to prove it.

Amazing creative story,highly recommend

Could've been interesting, but the writing was far too shallow. Unfortunate, because there is personality in the story. It just was not written well and made the entire experience....tedious.
