Guards

Bought on sale Really simple turn-based action with upgradable characters Comparable to a mobile game but still plenty of fun for either short or longer sessions

There is no story, but there a simple and entertaining arcade RPG, that plays in the spirit of the old school, original Final Fantasy 8,16,&32 bit games. I Iike the sound track and the simple but clean animation. Its as good if not better than many of the games on my iphone. Bought on sale for less than a dollar and having alot of relaxing fun with it!

I got a fun game for a buck no efin way

Something about this game just isn't very fun. You start out incredibly weak, and you have to suffer through hours of lackluster gameplay to start getting strong enough to actually be able to make real progress. I love a feeling of progression, but not when I'm so artificially weak that I'm getting wrecked in the third fight of the game.

Good to play every now and again when you need a chill game, great price for a decent game
