Halo 5: Guardians - Classic Helmet REQ Pack

I put a pre-payed card into my account last week and I tried to buy this and it gave me an error message and I didn’t get the product. It also took my money. This happened TWICE. I want my money back. I checked my orders and it says that it was completed but I don’t have the item and it payed for it twice. When I put in the card I had about 27 dollars and now it says I have ten and I don’t have what I payed for. I either want a refund or something else worth what I spent.

Charged twice and haven’t gotten anything

I may be biased, but the return of some of these classic helmets has been LONG overdue, makes me a bit nastalgic lol

Warning when I bought dlc it was not clear whether or not the purchase went through. Check your game before you attempt to repurchase this content or else you may get 3 packs like I did intead of one and be unknowingly be spending your money. Be sure to check your game first I hope this helps.

I can finally haz recon
