Has-Been Heroes

It takes a bit to get a handle on controls and lane management but once you do its a blast. This game is designed for players who not only like a challenge but have the Gotta Collect Them All attitude. Plus, it's got that, "Okay, one more time" addictiveness.

There is a slight learning curve but once you get over it the game really shines. Reviews claiming it's impossible are kneejerk; definitely need to be strategic or you WILL die.

Addictive and very challenging

Love the way the spells boost and work off each other. Hit a poisoned target with fire to eat the psn DOT as burst dmg etc. JUST THE BEST RANDOM CHAOS EVER,70 hrs in and still LOVE IT!

The game has a lot of good, which is why I bothered to unlock almost everything. Late game is where it falls apart. You will get tired of the tedious micromanagement before you do everything. The final level alone is a ridiculous grind of respawning battles that you can't skip. It's like pulling teeth. It can be worth it at times, but this game is the purgatory that other roguelikes go to when they pass on.
