Headlander

This game was very fun all the way through. The difficultly increases gradually through the beginning but has a couple spikes. (don't give up when you hit them!) Everything is well implemented and polished, I noticed almost no bugs. I thoroughly explored and 100% beat the game and all achievements in about 13.5 hours. I play lots of games so your mileage will vary but this game is absolutely worth the full purchase price.

Headlander is well worth the 12-14 hours it will take you to beat the game, especially if you get it on sale. This game is FUNNY and addictive, with very sleek graphics and controls that will make you wish for more. Unfortunately, there is very little in the way of an "endgame" although enough loving detail was provided such that some more of the story is revealed afterward by way of added NPC dialog. A lot of attention was given to the various NPC voiceovers, and you will laugh out loud at how many different quips come from the security doors alone! I LOVED the interface- being able to fly like a ship (as your head) and choose to grab a body for more traditional run-and-gun is a mechanic that brings a lot of depth to how you choose to attack a given situation. It's like Limbo/Insanely Twisted Shadow combined, but instead of the dark, film-noire stylings of those titles you get a vibrant and humorous world to explore. Short, but 5 stars regardless for the quality and laughs!

The most original game I've played in the past 10 years. Absolutely a great game with interesting puzzle platform elements. The graphics and sound are superb. I love the look of the space station! The gameplay is fun with tight controls. A must buy! 👍

Amazing head, seriously. Double Fine + Adult Swim = F yeah Haven't burned a whole day on a game in a while. Totally worth it

This game deserves a perfect score. PROS- superb gameplay, great writing, unique style, excellent Metroid-style progression, challenging but not overwhelming, not too long or too short, 3/10 achievement difficulty, 10-15 hours. Not to mention fun, funny and retro-artistic sound and visuals. CONS- I literally struggle to think of any, honestly. PLAY THIS GAME 👍👍
