I had high hopes for this game, being it was from Kemco. Looks like they put too much emphasis on the 3D look of the battles and not enough into the battles themselves. Most areas only offer 2 or 3 different types of enemies. Also they use the grid system for abilities (something I liked in past titles), but each character has a strange pattern to work with not a simple square grid like other titles offer. Sound is also an issue, dialogue in some conversations are in Japanese, which is fine early on, but does get annoying as just part of the conversation is audible. This is an easy fix, just turn speech volume down all the way. Many times, when going through dungeons the bgm will cut out if an event happens or you simply open a treasure chest. This seems to occur a lot, and is quite annoying. Also many Kemco titles offer buying items/weapons with currency earned in game. Not this title. If these are things you enjoyed from Kemco titles, I'd suggest you pass on this one.
