Insectum - Epic Battles of Bugs

Wait for it to go on sale and still dont buy it.

Ok so the game has insects but I only encountered 1 bug, a particularly annoying one too. Randomly, my entire bottom line of bugs stopped attacking. I think it stems from how the mantis & scorpion interract with hitboxes, because the mantis will occasionally fight empty air. This game's not the most riveting so anything that makes you lose or slows it down, is egregious. At first I felt the game was unfair, until I realized how stupid the AI is. If you rush 1 lane with a tank followed by ranged or air units, you will win. The AI often get 1.5-2.5x the units you do and the game seems to favor stampede potions on its side, but if you congest the field early, it can't do that. Really stampede/trample is the only way I ever lost. You can upgrade the atk/def of each bug 5 times, atk +1 def +3 each, and you'll max your essence (or whatever) around the 5th zone. There are 60 missions total with 6 zones, and they're a bit of a slog. Get it on sale as there's little replay value after 100%.

At first its a really cool game figuring out which kills which better....then its the same 3 rows of battling over n over n u start losing cuz your dozing off plus it makes u go 30+ more battles after uve maxxed everything out n nothing else to spend on
