Insurgency: Sandstorm - Year 1+2 Bundle

Edit Finally got it, go to tutorial. I contacted the company that made the game directly, they actually responded within 48 hours. Something with the cache on Xbox, they are aware of it and working on it. Not making a excuse for them by any means, and after the initial fiasco on last gen I have to say this isnt a great look. The game is great, and I did receive my preorder content. I have to say the customer service was even really good. Will give 5 stars just like I did the game when they fix it.

Starting with this bundle you get 2 years worth of cosmetics, so only buy this if your going to continue and support this game for another year

They claimed they fixed it in the latest patch and they did not

If you're having trouble getting the DLCs like it seems lots of people are right now try this. Go to support.xbox.com you'll probably need to login with your XBOX Account, maybe not at first, but at some point. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for the words Contact Us, it should be under the heading Customer Support, click Contact Us. A mew screen will pop-up that should say Still Need Help? in a Green text box it should say Contact Us, click Contact Us. Under what are you having trouble with? Select Games & apps. Under What's the issue? Select I can't find a game, DLC, cons.... . Under Where are you seeing it? Select your XBOX Consolr Version, I chose XBOX Series X. Then click Next. It might ask you to chose your account after this, if so do that now. If it asks about Halo Inifite, skip it. A new screen should pop-up giving you a few new option. You can either do online chat or request a phone call from this point on. I'm out of space, msg me if you need anymore help.
