Not easy for gamerscore N boring also froze during boss fight.

What you get could had been a little more. Simple n' fun & most likely an easy recommend for local multiplayer but I only played single & that's been fun too, enough fun that after all achievements I still want to play more. Casual skilled players can get all cheevos with little or no swearing on medium but if you want them quicker, maybe try easy since you get one for each boss beaten. Bosses are low challenge & beating a boss doesn't end your run in area but they do return in a later wave of the area. Slot machines section is neat. About to try minigames, finally unlocked them. Wish it had & did a little in main game, esp. on single player. What's here is good, maybe great on one of the multiplayer modes. Feels a little like original Mario Bros at start. I hate tower defense & this isn't that until after wave 10, then barely. Just stop all from reaching bottom middle (like many OLD games, don't let them reach bottom) however you can & it's not often done by making turrets & walls.

Could have done more with core game for solo players but as is, still much fun, esp. if you like 80's type of gaming & real challenge only comes in about 2nd time the area boss pops up (after wave 10). Beating a boss doesn't end the run in the area, just goes next wave in same area & eventually fight that boss again. I've only tried medium difficulty setting. Want TD? This is barely one. It's a don't let invaders reach bottom sort of game, well, center-bottom which you can SOMETIMES defend a little like in a TD. Careful w/bottom-mid & sometimes possibly block it off? That detail seems pinball inspired. Seldom are you even able to build defenses & mostly rely on your character to manually destroy all in each wave while avoiding dangers. Bosses are like a bigger enemy that pops up for an interlude in your waves. Can an area end in any way other than death? Dunno yet. Fun solo but easy to see probably much more so on one of the local multiplayer modes.
