An 'interesting' choice of clothing for Mother Base personnel, I've always hated that you can't have Snake's stats and abilities as a female MB operator, forcing you to gimp yourself during gameplay to enjoy your purchase. It can't be used in MG:O, either, which makes it even less appealing. But still, it's only a buck. And it looks nice, as well.
