Shingo was originally a Street Fighter dan/joke style character put in to compete with dan from the SF Alpha series. The difference is Shingo is actually good. All his moves have a hard knock-down and can hit you before you blink! Always loved this character at first glance, especially in KOF 11 (the best kof game best roster)Didn't expect him to be in this game. Shingo is fun to play and worth the money for dlc
