After what was a challenging early access with online connectivity issues, the game now allows you to play with friends. The sound design is mostly immersive, the story mode is interesting (also playable co-op). Looking forward to playing Case Files since I read there are more new maps to explore! Definitely worth the price.
Yes you can get your friends killed. Yes there is an achievement for doing that. You did not hear this from me.

Hidden Gem
So there was a decent bit of jank at release. Despite that, I had so much fun, both with buddies and even solo; both in story mode and in the case files. Since release, though, the swift patches have improved and fixed jank and UI bugs, making the whole experience more fun, smooth, and accessible. Would recommend this to anyone who even just likes puzzles and exploration. 100% this might be the best maze game out there in terms of both ambience and replayability. It's charming on it's own, and hilarious with friends. There are sooo~ many maps and monsters, each with their own aesthetics and mechanics, and even loads of drip to unlock and wear. Even just exploring the maps in custom case files with no monsters is so immersive and fun. I can only hope they continue to update the game and potentially add even more in the future. It's not perfect, and neither am I. But hot damn it feels close.

Um... Fix the button prompt?
This game would be far more enjoyable if every onscreen button prompt wasn't using "X" as a generic place holder for whatever the actual button is that you're supposed to be pressing. I mean, c'mon man! Is one of the's primary mysteries waiting to be solved the control scheme? LOL
