The description implies that this would be the only way to get the Heal skill, which if so it`s worth it...when on sale. Got the Ultimate Edition so can`t confirm. The Heal ability makes the main character well-rounded. The costume is pretty and does tie into the story. This makes this dlc fairly complete in that regard. The gem gain is chump change.
