Mark of the Assassin

Mark of the Assassin, DA2's second large story DLC, brings Hawke to the sunny Empire of Orlais. And in typical Orlesian fashion, what follows is a story of plotting, deception, and mysteries. Mark of the Assassin creates an Ocean's 11 vibe, very similar to Mass Effect 2's "Kasumi-Stolen Memory", with Hawke being tasked to steal an object from a powerful Orlesian Duke. Tallis, an Elf dual wield Rogue who is also your new party member, serves as the playful and whimsical core of the narrative. While Tallis' story may not have the dark and hard hitting twists of Legacy, it's undeniable fun, and provides it's own surprises. Optional puzzles and collectibles spice up the gameplay, and your choices in the base game have some unexpected ripples here. Overall, if you want one last day of fun in the sun to enjoy with your party members, look no further.

The only joy that comes from this DLC is the companion voice actor felicia day (whom I don't like irl), and vauge Orlesian and Qunari undertones. You really feel like her sidekick, especially while you're guarding the door so she can sleep with half the people at the party. There are some really cool moments based off your Origins choices, but its just moments. There are some really cool moments from Orlais, new creatures clothes and a brand new culture to explore. But it so shallow like a kids pool. it hurts to jump into. No big choices, celebrity plot armor, and simply not enough time to understand whats happening, let alone care. It still has worth while content, only If you are a dragon age stan - first real in game look at Orlais Or if you are a Felicia day simp - it do be her otherwise its not worth it

Aveline get's stuck in a glitch in the main boss fight, there is no way she gets stuned for 2 minute's, espiecially with resistance equipment on, unable to finish and is a waste of time, and tallis isn't worth it, leave her be🤷‍♂️

This DLC is a waste of time and money, a 2 hour campaign for little more than achievements. Tallis the "new party member" is only available in that DLC and the item aquired are 90% for rouge characters, even the jewelry items only benefit rouges. This DLC is trash due to the fact the items you get dont even benefit 2 of the 3 classes and the companion is TEMPORARY, idc that Falica day voiced her, her voice isnt worth $10, especially since the exiled prince DLC is the SAME PRICE and you KEEP THE FOLLOWER.

This DLC is great, definitely worth the price.
