I'm Sorry
Thought the reviews were exaggerating and played for the achievements, it wasn't worth it. Why didn't I listen? I'll leave this review as a grim reminder of my mistakes.

Buy it if its on Sale
The Fight Mechanics are fun, the story had potential, but in the end, its just a mid game.

A Highly-Polished, Overpriced Downgrade
Slick, polished graphics cannot excuse a game that has clearly not had love poured into it. At least UMVC3 could say that, even despite a simplified control scheme. Everything here, from the roster and their special moves to voice lines to music to stages, seems very lackluster and bare bones, but at least it's pretty. To top it off, the DLC characters leave a lot to be desired, and Capcom still wants full price for a digital download of the game, character pass, and costume pass (totaling to about $110 US) for a game that feels like a watered-down version of the previous iteration. No wonder this game got cut from EVO, CPT, and every other FGC tournament not even a year after its release. C'mon, Capcom... You guys are better than this heaping pile of hot garbage. UPDATE: There is a rumor that a huge update for this game may be in the works, bringing in notably absent characters and overall improvements. Let's hope that we can finally get our money's worth!

Fun Easy Gameplay, Good party game,
There is really no single player progression which is big bummer, but i do really enjoy the dumb, goofy, corny story mode. It's cool to see ryu and hul interact, and a monster huter interact with back panther. I think this is a solid 8/10 as long as you know you aren't getting a ton here except a fun party game and corny story mode. but it's not much more than that

MVCI is like Cold Pizza
This game is like Cold Pizza. It's not fresh and new like Marvel vs Capcom 3 was, but it's still pretty good. The Bad Side is as followed: The Story ends on a cliffhanger (They must have been pretty confident in this game to do that.), The Story is too short and boring to be memorable, There is no way to change difficulty (except story mode, but you have to die first. Also the difficulty switch does not carry over to arcade mode), the characters are imbalanced: Some are God Tier Impossible to beat, where others are low tier unplayable and lastly the character roster is the weakest point of the overall game: No X-Men, No F4, No VJ, No Ammy, No PW. It just feels like a quick cash grab along with the character pass. Despite all that, it's still like Cold Pizza. I would give it a higher score, but I cannot overlook all these issues with the game. Capcom Killed Mega Man, now MvC Might be joining him. Thank you for reading.
