This is a blast to play. Try the Steam demo, it gives a whole world to play. Fans of early home computer plaformer games like Miner 49'er, Sammy Lightfoot, Jumpman, and Hard Hat Mack (for some examples) should love this. It's a gem of a game and if those names are unfamiliar, also in the same genre as Arabian, Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Jr., and the more recent game Donut Dodo.
If you are colorblind you can swap out the color of the mail & boxes for numbers or letters to match. It takes away their colors but I suppose that's to help avoid confusion. Just for fun and challenge, you can set this to random so sometimes it's colors but other times numbers or letters. The color/numbers/letters are randomly changed for each time you die & start the stage.
If a stage is too difficult and you need a hand, pause the game and you can access 3 cheats to assist, which can be turned off/on at any point of play, same for the color/number/letter theme but you will need to reset stage.

Mayhem Mail is honestly the poster child for 1980's Nostalgia (it feels so genuine & true to 1984-1986 it's kind of scary!) Does it play for the TikTok, Minecraft, Fortnite demo/generation? I doubt it (Every child of the 80's & 90's will get everything about this retro love letter though) This isn't the bloody Care Bear game (This is very organic) it's pretty much a lost Intellivision game found in 2024/2025
