NAMCO MUSEUM ARCHIVES Vol 1

I bought this collection for, "Mappy", and I am completely surprised, the control responsiveness is absolutely perfect! I was expecting some lag as the pace of the game increased (especially on the bonus levels), but to my surprise the control is perfectly responsive, a real no lag experience. Even in 2023 I enjoy playing Mappy on my CRT because of quick responsive control, but this version is just as good on my 4K tv, love it!

Oh.... Wait... Not the one I wanted. 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒... I am pleading to Namco to release all their Splatterhouse games ... The arcade version, 2 & 3 from Sega Genesis and the 2010 release. Reeeeeeeeeee😬

I don't see any of the issues with the game. The controls work, the game launches. The description always said they were 8 bit games not arcade ports. If you like nes games then you should love this collection. Can't wait for more volumes to be released.

Most if not all of the 8 bit home ports were never released outside of Japan, don't expect any arcade versions of these games + Pac Man CE Demake homebrew game is here as a bonus, and Splatterhouse: Wanpaku Graffiti is translated to English.

It's MY fault for not paying attention... But these 8-bit versions to me are just the worst. The pathetic thing is, I OWN the good arcade ports on disc... From Xbox360... But despite all the TALK about backward compatibility with the Series X, I have about 40 games that are PAPERWEIGHTS at this point, as far as physical media goes, even though I CAN purchase some of them digitally... Which is ABSURD, to force customers to repurchase something they already own...
