NARUTO: Ultimate Ninja STORM

As i said the game does an excellent job at transitioning the anime to a game the fights as in the mechanics against normal characters and bosses the button layout is almost perfect but theres a reason for it to be rated 4.5 instead of 5 stars. First off the story skipped the Zabuza ark and probably more. The gameplay is flawed as well such as the substitution move and the fact that on some characters have a really hard to use special move. But the open world area was great even if it was small it was still good also the character selection is great. In all this first storm game is astounding. 9🎮out of 10

Absolutely amazing game, love the free world aspect, it really reminds me of the first time I watched Naruto.

I played this game on PS3 (blasphemy, I know) when it came out and fell in love. The controls are tight and combos are longer. Substitution takes skill rather than a little bar, ultimates are longer and can be avoided by the enemy making it more fair and exciting. Story is great and feels more free than later games. Sadly there is no Zabuza or Haku in this one, but every character feels unique and different. Only complaints as it stands is the player can't fight without a support character, no Zabuza arc (those issues have always been in the game) and at the time of this post (September 2017) it hard crashes when I select rematch. There are some challenging missions in the story mode so be prepared! All in all, I love this game and it holds up really well today. At the price, this is a great deal, but if you're new to Storm, I recommend the triple pack to try all three and get a feel for the quite different gameplay each has to offer!
